Tripped&fell on my nose.there were bleeding cuts&scratches on&inside my nose.inhaled blood inside my nose.can this blood go into my lungs&infect them?

Maybe: depending on amount of blood and if you had aspirated anything other than pure blood, such as nasal mucus. If your cough reflex is intact, you probably were able to cough up a lot of it. A medical exam and a chest xray might be needed to tell for sure.
