Right sided pain: We consider other things in the differential diagnosis of right sided chest/abdominal pain. Gallstones are only one thing to consider. Rib fractures/contusions, liver problems, stomach (gastric) problems, lung problems, etc. You should be re-evaluated for the pain by your doctor to consider other things beyond gallstones.
