Yes: All of us, even babies swallow air when we feed. It either comes up top as a burp or belch or out the bottom as gas.Some babies do it more than others. If they trap the air in their tummy they can really be fussy from the bloating.I would look at baby and follow their lead.If they are not bothered you should not be either.
