Yes but: Usually we wait for 7-14 days for another treatment. It is pretty benign and only causes minor side effects so would be safe.

Safe to repeat: Safe to repeat elimite treatment. Make sure you completely cover the skin below head and neck. However itching may continue for 1-2 more weeks after treatment even if mites are killed.
