Must clean: If you don't clean fractured teeth you will have infected teeth and/or gums plus fractured teeth. Keep teeth clean and have your Dentist evaluate the craze lines to see if treatment is indicated.

Craze lines: First, not cleaning your teeth both by yourself and professionally is a very bad idea in all cases. Second, craze lines are minor surface imperfections and the teeth will not be harmed in any way with normal use, cleaning, etc. If they stain, speak to your own dentist about possible composite bonding.
