Normal: That is the description of a normal uterus in a non-menopausal women. After menopause, its nice to see the endometrial echo less than 5mm. Best wishes!

Normal: Those measurements would be considered normal for a premenopausal woman. The endometrium is borderline for a post menopausal woman(probably normal if on hormone replacement tx)
