Yes: Vaginal relaxation syndrome refers to loosing of the vaginal skin and walls; usually due to child birth, genetics or decreased estrogen during menopause. Frequently it is seen in combination with prolapse because the weakened skin is further aggravated by the weight of the pelvic organs but it may occur on it's own without prolapse.
