Resolving infection: You are describing an acute gastrointestinal illness. It sounds like the symptoms are starting to resolve as vomiting has stopped for 2 days and diarrhea is slowing down. Continue BRAT diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast) and clear liquids and changeover to regular diet as tolerated.
