See a doctor: If you feel like you need to pee but can't get it out you need to see a doctor. You could be obstructed from prostate issue like an infection. If you are having pains in your lower abdomen go to the emergency room. Otherwise ring your GP and get checked out.

Can't pee: You must be obstructed in the bladder or penis. Unusual for 18 M. See your Dr. in AM would be good.
