Bppv : Benign paroxysmal vertigo is common and lasts for several days at a time. Can take medications and do exercises. Your GP may also be able (depending on facilities) to do a particle reposition manoeuvre which I've personally found can be helpful for some

Likely BPV: Vertigo with change of position is often a sign of benign positional vertigo. If episodes continue at increased frequency or severity, recommend speaking to your doctor.
