Vertigo: Studies show that when one feels the room spinning around vertigo is a likely diagnosis, and benign positional vertigo is likely if it is positional. A full history and physical exam are still necessary. How is it treated if vertigo? Physicians can perform the Epley maneuver, treat you with meclizine, and send you for vestibular rehabilitation/thearpy. Stay calm and see MD.
