Chances are the same: If your menstrual periods do occur, your cervix is most probably not "closed" and your chances of getting pregnant remain dependent on several other factors like your ability to ovulate, the frequency of sexual intercourse with a fertile man during your fertile period, the patency of your tubes etc...
