See your OB/GYN: First, it would be highly unlikely for your cervix to be "open" without being pregnant. Your gynecologist should be able to assess your cervix by physical examination and direct visualization. If your doctor thinks it is necessary, an ultrasound examination can also assess your uterus, cervix and ovaries.
