Eat right. : Don't stuff yourself at mealtime. Make sure your diet consists of plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit, moderate amounts of lean meats, and plenty of water...8-10 glasses a day. Eat 4-6 small meals a day. This will keep your energy up, you will never feel like you are starving therefore you will never stuff yourself. Also, this diet will cleanse you. It will also help you maintain a good weight.
