Makes no sense: The only "lump" on his head that would come & go would be a lymph node.These enlarge and shrink over time as they process tissue fluids from an infection or bite. They have no effect on learning and would never cause him to pee his pants or change behavior. It appears you need help sorting out his issues and should seek out a local doc/developmental pediatrician.They can help you deal with it.
