Pimple?: Your ear lobe has sweat glands and pores that can get clogged. It can just be an inflamed, clogged pore. No worries.

Sebaceous cyst: Sebaceous cyst is the likely diagnosis. See your pcp and he/she will either excise the lump or refer you to a plastic surgeon for excision.
