At "six weeks gestational age", it is not unusual for mild cramping to accompany growth of the uterine size, and may coincide with "coughing or sneezing" which cause slight displacement of the uterus. Ask your OB physician about a quantitative HCG assay, and/or an ultrasound to determine the current status of your pregnancy.
