Seminal vesiculitis?: This suggests seminal vesciculitis, i.e. inflammation or infection in the seminal vesicles. Those are the sacs where semen accumulates beteen ejaculations. A prostate infection also is possible. Usually these are not due to STD. A urologist will be able to help.
