Hello, i have only 4% of normal-looking sperm but my sperm count is good, about 200 million per ejaculation. is it possible to fix this percentage?

Normal sperm: 4% of this world is normal based on what criteria? If you are using the World Health Organization criteria than 4% is indeed abnormal since you were required to have 30% based on those criteria. Most advanced reproductive clinics use Kruger criteria and so 4% would be considered completely normal. Please verify what kind of criteria were used.
