Imaging/TB test: An imaging study may be performed and a screening TB test is recommended. Please have a pulmonary function test and sputum culture, including fungal and TB cultures. A course of antibiotics may be indicated, but a culture will help to guide the appropriate therapy. Stay home, rest and drink fluids. Report fever to your PCP and please follow up soon.
