Family practice : Are you referring to an infant. There really is no treatment or cure for microcephally. This is congenital. A small brain by definition.

There isn't any: Microcephaly is usually a genetically related condition. If it's a familial condition (dad's head is a little small) then it might be normal, but you may need to follow up with a neurologist and a geneticist to see if there is true microcephaly and whether there can be more to consider.
