What to do if i have lice and very fine hair. no treaments are working. what do i do?

If you are using an: Otc pediculicide you may wish to see a dermatologist for prescription meds (ie lindane or malathion). Work carefully through your hair to remove individual nits. Purchase a special lice nit comb to aid you. Check for nits ; remove as seen over the next 7 to 10 days. If there are nits after 7 to 10 days – a 2nd tx may be needed. Using a pediculicide that is strongly ovicidal can help.
