I am experiencing vomiting, nausea (severity: mild) , abdominal pain all over (severity: moderate) , fever and kidneys hurt.

Exam needed: Moderate abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting and fever suggest a viral intestinal tract infection, but I'm concerned about the abdominal pain which is usually not a common feature of viral gastroenteritis unless it's cramping with diarrhea. Viral intestinal infections will resolve in a few days needing only rest, good water intake, flat ginger ale to settle nausea. Diarrhea is common. See MD as needed
