See Doctor promptly: A person with fever, chills and abdominal pain should seek medical treatment, an examination is required. Many possible urgent causes. Please contact your doctor or go to the Emergency Department

See a doctor ASAP: This can be due to many causes, including from an ovarian cyst, appendicitis, kidney infection and so on and so on. You sound as if this is severe enough to warrant your going to a doctor immediately. If your PCP cannot see you today, go to an ER and be seen. Do not wait any longer since you might become critically ill. Good luck and get better soon.
