The apocrine sweat: glands in the armpit secrete a fatty type of sweat different from skin sweat glands. Bacteria work on apocrine sweat creating bromhidrosis resulting in offensive/hard to control odor. The basic strategy is cleaning the skin regularly (1-2 X daily) with germicidal soap to reduce bacteria, shaving, drying, strong anti-perspirant. Discard stained clothing. Keep doing same, just more/more intensely.
