Plugged glands?: Most likely these represent apocrine or sweat glands that have become plugged from you deodorant. If you use an antiperspirant the 'aluminum chlorohydrate' pinches off the gland so that they don't secrete fluid. It backs up and viola you have a bump. Change to deodorant alone. Other concerns would be abscess if you have pain/heat/redness at site or lymph node. If grow/become tender, see a doc.
