Evaluation: A sonogram report like this may trigger further testing. Your obgyn may want to do a specialized sonogram called a sonohystogram or visually inspect the area with a hysteroscopy. Both are effective ways at evaluating the endometrial cavity for polyps, fibroids and other pathology
