A member asked:

Remedy vitamin-a , b-12, zinc, vitamin-d3 deficiencies?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Find cause: I'm going to assume that you were tested by a reputable lab; there are fake "nutrition labs." d3 deficiency is common due to diet and lack of sun exposure. If you are vitamin a and zinc deficient on a reasonably normal non-vegetarian diet, you may have malabsorption. If you are B12 deficient non-vegan, you are likely to be seriously sick & need a proper workup. Get with a dr you rightly trust.
