Yes: It's not terribly likely, but many women with pcos suddenly find themselves pregnant. You should know that if you've already been pregnant one time. Check w/your doctor about therapy w/metformin which can often restore normal menses and even fertility in many women. Other rx can lower testosterone if needed and can increase fertility.
