You need to see doctor to check about the cause of it and to plan treatment accordingly

This does: NOT sound like usual "male pattern" baldness (From FRONTAL areas usually first! You should get it checked out by your PCP (Primary Care Provider) who may wish to refer you to a DERMATOLOGIST .. Hope this is helpful Dr Z
