I wouldn't: Most likely the formulators of ketoconazole shampoo developed it with knowledge of potential reactions between the drug and shampoo components. While unlikely, it is possible a random shampoo might contain something that adversely affects the performance of the drug. If you want to use as shampoo, have your doctor prescribe ketoconazole shampoo. I know it is probably more expensive:(
