Not a good idea: It depends on whether your reaction was from skin contact or eating the fruit. If the former, probably not a good idea since mango is not an essential ingredient . But the amount of mango in these products are likely small. Put a little bit of lotion on a bandaid, apply it over a clean skin area. Check it again in 3 days to see if there is a rash from it. Do you have problem with poison oak ?
