See your doctor: There are quite a few issues going on here and they may be unrelated. Insomnia is common and there are multiple contributing factors. Physical and emotional stress can cause insomnia. The physical pain you are describing sounds like you may be developing a kidney infection. I would recommend you see your doctor immediately for an examination, urine test and treatment with antibiotics.
