No effect: Even substantially more alcohol than this would not have any effect on this test. Don't worry about it.

VERY little if any: The reason one is asked to fast and avoid alcohol before blood testing is to get the most accurate result for the fasting glucose and the triglycerides. An 8 hour fast is usually recommended. You had a relatively small dose of sugar (wine) and it was 12 hours before. I believe your results will be quite reliable. Stay well:)
