Not dangerous: However we do not generally recommend alcohol with antibiotics. There should be a warning on the prescription bottle if there are any know issues. We do know that some antibiotics are weakened by alcohol but this is not tested in every case. If in doubt stay away from alcohol for the duration of the prescription.
