Environmental mods &: self rewards. Focus is better for everyone if distractions in the enviroment can be removed, so location, background noise, etc. all have a big impact on focus. Break down tasks into small goals, set time limits, and then reward self when goal is met, i.e., make 5 calls in 20 minutes and take 5 for a quick break. Make lists and check off when complete.
