Some missing info...: ..not entirely clear. It sounds like you had unprotected sex with a prostitute and then had some symptoms consistent with primary HIV infection (these overlap with many other viral illnesses, as you know.) The key is when did you have the negative test: if it was a 4th generation HIV test (that includes antigen testing) 4 weeks+ after this exposure, you are not infected. NEVER REPEAT THIS!!
