Malaise: Your symptoms are nonspecific but an early viral infection is likely. Treatment consists of resting, drinking adequate amounts of fluids including flat ginger ale to settle nausea and a light diet. Tylenol helps relieve any aches or pains. If more definite viral symptoms don't evolve and nausea persists, consult your physician. A pregnancy test may then be ordered unless you feel it's unnecessary.
