See Orthopedic Physician , have MRI to find exact source of symptoms, bulging or herniated disc; discuss need for specific medications, dose and side effects, need for Percocet or other pain medications, PT ; follow up

Dopamine release: As an opiate pain medication, Percocet causes dopamine release in addition to blocking pain signals, and the dopamine causes a sensation of euphoria. The most effective treatments for sciatica are gently progressive stretching exercises and anti-inflammatory medication. Naproxen is preferred over Toradol. The other 3 are helpful in some situations but dubiously beneficial in the long term.
