Subrachnoid hemorr?: If sah is subarachnoid hemorrhage it's not linked to pcos (polycystic ovarian syndrome). Subarachnoid hemorrhage can be associated with hypogonadotropic hypogonadism, where low hormone levels cause irregular menstrual periods or no periods (amenorrhea).
