1 cm cyst: A 1 cm cyst is not likely to be the cause of 6 months of pelvic pain. That is very tiny. Pelvic pain is a complicated issue with a lot of possible causes. It is best to see an Obgyn so that a complete history and physical can be done to help begin the evaluation
