Blood clot?: When one lower leg swells for no reason, there is the chance that you may have developed a blood clot in that leg. This can be very dangerous, if left untreated as the clot can spread to your lungs! Please go to the Emergency Department now. Call an ambulance or have someone else drive you, please.
