?Tumor?: A hard fixed tumor can be a growth which may be benign or Cancerous. In this location, it can be an enlarged lymph node or a tumor in the salivary(Parotid) gland. seek examination from a ENT doctor.....to be sure that it is not a cancer needing urgent attention.
