It is imperative to have his electrolytes checked especially Calcium, Magnesium and Creatinine and TSH and Parathyroid Hormone levels! If all that is normal then seek a Neurological Consultation to check cranial nerves

Maybe a tic if the: spasms occur during extreme stress. Please let your parent's know about this health concern that you have. It can be assessed to determine if there is a medical cause. If you are having difficulty coping with your stress levels in general - cognitive behavioral therapy may be beneficial.

See doctor : If you have anxiety it may well be due to the anxiety. There are some rarer causes such as electrolyte disorders and some nerve disorders called dystonias. See your GP for and examination and consideration of tests. They can then determine the underlying cause (anxiety or other illness) and work out treatment
