Probably not: Polycystic ovarian syndrome is not the same as multi cystic ovaries. Talk to your gynecologist. He or she can talk to you more directly about ovary health than your radiologist, who is an expert in imaging but not in management of diseases.

Not necessarily: A sonogram image is not an accurate way to diagnose pcos by itself. It is much more dependent on the timing of your cycles and other physical characteristics and some laboratory values.
