Same way: Counter what one may think, if there is only one tube, likelihood to conceive is not reduced by 50 %, but only by 20 %, Usually, the ovaries lay close together in the pouch of Douglas, so that it doesn't make a whole lot of a difference, whether the left or the right tube picks up the egg.
