Dairy: and wheat are at the top of the list for food sensitivities. Please see your doc or a nutritionist to get tested. Dairy and wheat and additives can be in fast food. Peace and good health.

Intolerances: About a 1/4 of the adult population does not make the enzyme needed to breakdown lactose,the sugar in bovine milk products.If it is not,it will act as a stool losener/acidifier & you can get watery poops/cramps.
