My neck keeps getting stiff with some pain. it happens on the right side only. it also feels like it is coming from my vein.

Plan: This is very vague description in your question and not enough information to make any decisions about your condition. Usually vein have nothing to do with stiffness. It's actually muscular or spine problems. Try massage, exercise and warm pads. Or go to the doctor for evaluation.

Neck veins: It would be most unusual for neck veins to be the source of your pain. Neck veins would only cause pain if they are inflamed by a clot and then you would have other symptoms. A venous ultrasound of the neck veins would see what the veins look like but it is most unlikely that your neck pain is vein related.
