I have a what i think is a vein on the left side of my neck. it seems to get bigger if i touch it and when i breath it goes in and out and when i touc?

Normal: Veins get bigger when you breath in because the pressure in your chest increases and blood for that brief period in the vein backs up. Same reason when you touch it above that it backs up. All normal and healthy.
