Explanation : Most likely you have a common cold. You can use good medications for this kind of problems. This is Advil or Motrin 2 tablets-400 mg 3 times a day. This will help if you do not have cough and nasal congestion. Otherwise you can add Mucinex for cough and Day/niQuil ft nasal congestion.
